Blogspot seems to work well and with lots of easy to customize template options. Wherever you move make sure we know so I don't have to have a tantrum :)

I've been happy with Blog-City, which has both a free service and a "premium" service that's about $3 a month. I sprang for the premium after a few months of using the free service, but really, the free service is just dandy. The biggest difference between free and premium is that the free blogs have one small text ad in the gutter that you can't remove.
Wherever you go, just keep writing, okay? I've missed you.
